Shipping

As a North American distributor of CKS INTER CO.,LTD products, we ship only to addresses in the United States. Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours of payment (excluding weekends and holidays).

We know you want your order as soon as possible, and we will do our part to get it shipped as soon as possible. However, once the package leaves our facility, we have no control over the reliability of carriers or the timeliness of the shipping option you choose.

We appreciate both your business and your patience.

Damaged Items: At the time of delivery, if the packaging and merchandise show obvious damage, photograph the damage, refuse to accept the item from the carrier, and contact The Willpower Group immediately. Open all delivered packaging as soon as possible after delivery and thoroughly inspect all items. Any damage must be reported to The Willpower Group within 24 hours of delivery, so that we can file a claim for damages with the carrier. If the damage is reported later, the carrier will most likely not honor the claim for damages. No credit will be issued for lately filed damage claims denied by the carrier.

Returns

Our return policy only applies to NEW AND UNUSED products within 5 days of receipt. We cannot accept returns of assembled and/or used products. After 5 days, no returns will be accepted. Returned products are subject to a 15% restocking fee. You must contact us to request a Return Authorization Number before returning your merchandise.

You must send us the returned product with a tracking number and fully insured, in the original packaging, with all parts and manuals. If the merchandise is scratched or damaged during the return shipment, it will be sent back to you and no refund will be provided. You must make an insurance claim with the carrier.

Shipping costs to return your item are at your own expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Sale items

Only regular price items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Warranty

Exclusive Warranty and Limitation of Remedies and Damages: Products distributed by us are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of shipment to the extent of the manufacturer's express warranties to our company or for 14 days, whichever is longer. Our liability and Buyer's remedies under this warranty shall be limited, at our option, solely to repair, replacement or credit. Buyer shall, at our discretion, return any allegedly defective product to us at Buyer's expense. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser. THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LABOR COSTS OR LOST PROFITS ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM US.
